Soft breads

              Bread is a staple food in many     kitchens and cultures worldwide and has     been around for thousands of years. It's   made by combining flour, yeast water and   other ingredients and baking the mixture in   an oven.

           The type of flour used the preparation  method , and   the  addition  of  other  ingredients contribute to the different  varieties of bread available.
